REACH intended uses note Q fibres

Intended uses nota Q fibres - Roxul®1000 & CoatForce®

We are en route for the registration of our fibres. Registration deadline is October 2010. Considering the - very green - nature of our fibres, we do not expect that exposure scenarios are going to be required. Nevertheless, the IUCLID5 system may require us to define the indentified uses.

End of July we have sent a mailing to our customers informing on the intended uses which are going to be taken into registration. These are so far:
- Friction materials
- Gasket materials
- Insulation materials
- Coating materials
- Plastic materials
- Building materials
- Road construction materials

Should you by accident not have received this mailing and you see another intended use which should be taken into the dossier for registration, then please make your specific uses known to us before 1st December 2009 (deadline).
