Apart from supplying fully engineered fibres, we also offer granulate which is the base product produced in the first step of our fibre production process. The fibres typically have lengths from 2500 to 4000 microns. The typical content ot shot (non-fibrous particles) is about 33%. The granulate is coated with mineral oil (< 0.01%) to prevent dust formation during production. The granulate is packed in bales of approximately 285 kg. The bales have conventional dimensions. Granulate products are also available in polyethylene bags of 20 kg.
